Background & Challenges

Tiffin Girls School is a consistently high-achieving selective secondary school built on impressive grounds between Richmond Park and the River Thames. In fact, only a stone’s throw from School Website Headquarters so we were well aware of their enviable reputation in the local area. The school felt their existing web presence did not do this reputation justice and wanted a site that would not only show the school off in a better light but also improve communication between parents, pupils, staff and the wider community.

Solutions & Benefits

Tiffin had recently refreshed the school logo and unveiled a state of the art new building so they were keen to use these developments as a backbone for the project. It was felt a simple, contemporary design style would best reflect these. Tiffin were conscious they had a wealth of content to put on the site but they did not want this to compromise the design in anyway. Another important requirement was to ensure the site displayed in multiple browsers including some older versions. Our dedication to website accessibility ensured this was possible.

The school frequently updates their latest news and events using Fluency, the School Website Content Management System and these are prominently displayed in the retractable panel on the right hand side of the home page to make them instantly accessible to parents and other viewers.
