The new site has been carefully designed to maximise the volume of information on the homepage through an interactive information banner built in JavaScript.

Ysgol Maesydderwen is a 11-18 comprehensive school in Powys close to the border with Neath and Port Talbot. The school has some 570 pupils of whom approximately 100 are in the sixth form.
The brief was to provide the school with a new online presence that made a strong visual impact and offer the latest technology such as blogs and podcasting.
